  1. Do I have to sign up? How do I sign up?

    Everyone must sign up to use the service. Sign up using the appropriate section on the homepage. http://huhousing.offcampuslisting.com/.

  2. How can I post a listing?

    After creating a landlord/lister profile just click the add property button located on the property overview page.

  3. Is there a fee to post a listing?

    Yes there is a 30$ fee to post a listing.

  4. How do I pay for my listing?

    After posting your listing on the landlord homepage (Property overview) you will see a pay button.

  5. How long will my listing run?

    Listings will be viewable for 30 days after you pay for your listing. If you chose to deactivate your listing for any reason you can always reactivate it for the time remaining on your listing from the moment you deactivated it.

  6. Can I edit my listing?

    Yes, you can chose “edit” from the options in the Property overview page. All fields are editable except for the title. If you would like to change the title Please contact customer service.

  7. Can I add photos to my listing?

    Yes, after saving your listing you will see an add photo button located on the property overview page. You can also remove photos and add more at any time. Click here to go to the property overview page

  8. How do I retrieve a forgotten password?

    Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Once you submit the email address that you used to register, your username and password will be emailed out to you.

  9. How do I change my password?

    You can change your password by accessing your account settings page. After logging in, click on the "My Account" link to access your account settings.
